All the YBR routines including hands & feet enhanced with Yoga stretches that emphasize proper breathing, optimum posture and alignment.
- If you have Body Rolling equipment, please bring it with you.
(otherwise, balls, mats and water will be provided)- Eat lightly before class or at least 2 hours prior.
- Wear tight fitting clothes (baggy pants and T-shirts get caught up in the ball).
