Yamuna Body Rolling Ball Yellow

Yellow Ball (10 inches wide)

The beginner or basic ball, which is10 inches wide. If you're new to YBR, start here. Larger and softer than the red ball, the yellow ball is easier to sink your muscles into. We recommend it for people whose flexibility is limited or who have bone problems such as osteoporosis, arthritis, or spinal rigidity. You should also choose this ball if you are in rehabilitation, have just had surgery, are pregnant, or have fibromyalgia (YBR is a wonderful help in coping with fibromyalgia discomfort).

The Yamuna Body Rolling Anywhere ball, great for all office and travel routines. It is six inches wide and has the same consistency as the yellow ball but is smaller, so it sinks more deeply into your tissues for a more intense experience.
